Chapter 1, aprx 145k zipped.

This is my first tutorial. Although not complete yet, I wanted to get the first chapter out there so that it could start to be utilized. It will take a week or so more to complete the whole tutorial.

I hope to have it be a little more then many of the tutorials I've seen out there. Not only a look into how I've created the columns, but reasons and examples of why I've used the tools I have, and examples to inspire others to push the concepts forward. :)
